Playbooks: Managing ALL of Your Campaign's Assets

You can take actions across multiple assets with a single click. From editing and exporting to deploying and versioning, you are in complete control of your campaign.

 

After building a campaign using Avid’s Playbooks Creation Wizard and generating individual assets, the Overview Page becomes your central command center.

This powerful interface allows users to manage, edit, export, preview, and deploy campaign assets efficiently. Whether you’re updating messaging, tailoring content to specific audiences, or preparing final deployment, the Overview Page gives you complete control with collaborative and AI-enhanced workflows.

Key Features of the Overview Table

Selecting and Managing Multiple Assets

From the Overview Table, you can:

  • Select individual or multiple assets such as emails, donation pages, and ads.

  • Perform bulk actions using the toolbar at the top:

    • Regenerate content using AI.

    • Delete unnecessary assets

    • Export the assets to a Google Doc for editing and an outside approval process

  • Deploy Assets which will create instances of the assets in your individual fundraising and marketing tools.
    • You can deploy individual assets (e.g., just one email) or multiple at once.
    • For assets where you have a connected system that is set up for deployment, you'll answer a few questions prior to deployment
    • For assets that don't have connected systems, the assets will be deployed to a Google Doc that can be used as the source of content for creation in the remote systems.
    • Once you have deployed an asset, you can Re-deploy the asset if there are updates to the content that have been made.
  • Adding New Assets. If there are channels not included by default in a template or additional messages you'd like to draft, you can always add a new Asset.
    • Click “Add Asset” from the Overview Table.

    • Choose the channel (e.g., "Facebook", "Texting", etc).

    • Give it a name and quick description. 

    • Avid will auto-generate the content and insert it into your campaign workflow, fully integrated with your existing messaging and tone.
